4 months agoAcabo de volver a Mallorca y muy preocupante la cantidad de plásticos que hay en las calas no hacen ningún tipo de limpieza el gobierno autonómico?
4 months agoLook....old plastic fishing nets are really bad ..degrading to micro plastic, getting eaten by fish, fish is eaten by humans ...really bad..if it is bad for posidonia.?..I don't know..Posidonia might just grow through the nets, until somebody comes and rips it out of the ground together with that old net. Then it's dead. Well, and I know Cala Murta quite well, lovely tiny place but does not really need any more boats coming in due to some Insta promotion. I also really like the choice of your boat and engines..these old stinking 2 stroke 75hp Yamahas are really good for rescue operations, but I would not go into Cala Murta with one of these. ..prefer a sailing vessel with an electric outboard today. That said, to protect Posidonia is a good idea...much less stinking seagrass on the beaches, your anchor will slip on Posidonia, so makes no sense to throw it and we all love clear water....don't know if we all love 2 stroke oil in the water of such places. Does Posidonia like 2 stroke oil? Maybe something to do some research on .
4 months agoMe parece muy bien pero ves a tu país y mira lo que hacen las piscifactorías y muestra tus fondos marinos y después comentamos si tú país va mejor o mucho peor
4 months agoRemoving a ghost net from Posidonia is a powerful act of protection for one of the Mediterranean’s most valuable underwater habitats 🌊🪸 Hope you had a beautiful and rewarding day at sea!
