Yesterday, we had the privilege of celebrating a very special member of the S&S Drug family as she prepares for retirement at the end of this month.
For the past 26 years, Julie Schoen has been an invaluable part of S&S Drug, serving in countless roles—from pharmacy technician to insurance biller and so much more. No matter the position, Julie always approached her work with dedication, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make S&S Drug better every single day. Even after moving to Manhattan and transitioning to a remote role, she remained a trusted teammate and an important part of our organization.
Julie has always had a passion for learning and a gift for finding answers to even the most challenging questions. She consistently went above and beyond, not only expanding her own knowledge but generously sharing it with others to help our entire team grow and succeed. Her positive attitude, willingness to help, and commitment to excellence have left a lasting impact on S&S Drug and everyone who has had the opportunity to work alongside her.
While we will miss Julie more than words can express, we are excited for her next chapter and her well-deserved promotion to “Professional Grandma”—a title that may be impossible to top!
