I’m Tray Patrick. I come from a home where I learned to improvise, to survive, provide, love, and make the most out of life. I’ve experienced depression, identity loss, feeling overlooked, and many other struggles.

But I believe those circumstances weren’t unfortunate. They were necessary. They shaped the man I am today.

That’s why I created @trayoftruths : to bring light to the real experiences that shape us, remind people they’re not alone, and help them find a way forward. ☝🏾
