I’m Tray Patrick. I come from a home where I learned to improvise, to survive, provide, love, and make the most out of life. I’ve experienced depression, identity loss, feeling overlooked, and many other struggles.

But I believe those circumstances weren’t unfortunate. They were necessary. They shaped the man I am today.

That’s why I created @trayoftruths : to bring light to the real experiences that shape us, remind people they’re not alone, and help them find a way forward. ☝🏾 by @1realtray

Honored that @pathwaystoflourish and @tayelr gave me the opportunity to share my truth with people ready to grow.

That’s what @trayoftruths is about. Sharing the parts of our journey we don’t always talk about and showing how our struggles can shape us, strengthen us, and push us toward who we’re meant to become.

To everyone who connected with my story, remember this: I was once just a kid with a dream. Look where I am now. If I can overcome, keep pushing, and become more, so can you.

All glory to God. 🙏🏾

Sometimes the blessing isn’t what’s next, it’s realizing you’re already living in something you once prayed for.
