I’ve been playing tennis for about 3 weeks now, and I’m still trying to find my comfortable swing. Learning more about the forearm, wrist, and proper technique has definitely helped, but this sport has taught me that improvement takes a lot of patience.

Tennis requires confidence, but it also builds confidence. One bad swing doesn’t mean it’s over. Every shot teaches you something, whether it’s what to do or what not to do. I’m still learning, but that’s what makes the journey fun
