Good morning lovely people. I wanted to take a moment to show off our beautiful kitties. Here is Katsu (orange)… a mute, cuddly, sweeeeet boy. And then Nagi (white/orange) a loud, wining, demanding, but suuuper loving boy. They are about 2 years old, they are sooo cute, and we love them so much.

Spend the day with a girl in her thirties that is always after something… aka me 😂🤎🥹

I’ve missed vlogging so much so I’m BACK & tried a slightly different way of doing them! Will still continue to do my more chatty ones too… but feel like with this you can really see a full day! 🤍

We’re kicking off my new series with this cheesy chicken fajita pasta bake! 🌮🧀 Everything goes into ONE dish, there’s hardly any prep work, and the oven does the rest!
🌮 CHEESY CHICKEN FAJITA PASTA BAKE
Ingredients:
•12 oz uncooked penne pasta
•2 cups chicken broth (adjust as needed)
•1 packet fajita seasoning
•12 oz frozen sliced peppers and onions
•2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)
•1½ cups queso blanco dip
Directions:
1.Preheat your oven to 400°F.
2.Add the uncooked penne, chicken broth, fajita seasoning, frozen peppers and onions, and shredded chicken to a 9x13 baking dish.
3.Stir everything together. You may need to adjust the amount of broth depending on your baking dish. You want the noodles just covered with liquid, but not drowning!
4.Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
5.Remove the foil, stir, and pour the queso blanco evenly over the top.
6.Return to the oven uncovered for another 5–10 minutes, until the queso is hot and melty!
One dish, five minutes of prep, and the easiest cheesy dinner for a busy fall night! 🍁
Who’s excited for more 5-minute fall dinners?! 🤎
