Stopped in yesterday to see these stunner! Saw them from the street and need a closer look. I'm glad we did! They're beautiful in the way humanity and tenderness can be infused into an alien creature. My gf even mentioned that one in particular had "kind eyes." Glad we stopped in. Thank you for the warm welcome on a cool, rainy day in beautiful Paddington. We'll be back ❤️

I competed in the @ocbchesapeakeclassic in Baltimore this past weekend! I had always thought about doing a show, so over the summer after I had moved I decided it was time. I did not hire a prep coach because I was worried I would feel less accountable for how my preparation went. As a result, my prep was far from perfect. I dieted way too fast, I did too much cardio, and prep was overall harder than it needed to be. At some point I accepted that my prep would be imperfect and I pushed on; even if my progress was not optimal, I accepted it as progress and I stopped worrying about being 100% efficient. I had signed up to try my hardest anyways, not necessarily win.

I am very happy with my results; I placed first in Novice Classic overall, first in Classic Open class A and second In Classic Open Overall. I was planning on doing only one show to scratch it off the bucket list, but it is painful to see how close I was to a pro card my first go. I am undecided as to whether I will do it all again, but if I do I will be much more prepared. I apologize for writing a book, I never thought I'd be the one writing the paragraph in their Ig caption lol.

Special shout out to my family and friends for all the encouragement, and to @averagely.jacked for the crash course on posing and peak week‼️ I am thankful for all of you.

Well I thought this interview was about my album so I wasn’t emotionally prepared. Also my tears are not because it’s been hard for me they are because it’s so painful to have people not see Palestinian kids and people as human beings who deserve life and freedom. Nothing I go through advocating for the end of the genocide and a free Palestine is anything compared to people living through a genocide. So I will always speak up. And I can’t understand the silence. To not be willing to risk anything or to not be willing to handle criticism to speak up during a genocide that targets children? The silence from others, especially people who speak up for human rights unless it’s Palestinians is inexcusable and it allows the genocide to continue. It’s racist and cowardly and morally wrong. Silence is complicity.

Am I a gym girl? No. Will I go to bat for my gym girls? Yes.
