He was already wanted on: • Homicide charges (Adams County) • Felony menacing with a weapon (Adams County) • Active felony eluding warrant (Arapahoe County) New charges from this arrest: 🔴 Kidnapping an adult for ransom 🔴 Felony vehicular eluding This is the same individual involved in the 1/29/25 Aurora shooting and crash at Peña & Green Valley Ranch where shots were fired between vehicles, leading to a police pursuit and crash.
