Do you take supplements? 🥰 Comment “Glow” for the link 🔗 1. NAD+ (prescription) it’s involved in cellular energy metabolism and DNA repair, which is why it comes up so often in conversations about healthy aging. 2. @whattheglassskin Glutathione Strips: Glutathione is an antioxidant, and I’m taking these with brighter, more even-looking skin in mind. 3. @areyhaircare : formulated to support hair pigment and help slow the appearance of new grays. 4. @seed Synbiotic: a prebiotic + probiotic for gut health. 5. @ownist.global KeraGrow: for overall hair health. These are part of my personal routine; no medical advice - results can vary. #supplementroutine #supplements
STORY TIME✍🏽 I ran away from home at just 10 years old. I lived on the streets and slept in abandoned trap houses. The streets raised me, and by the grace of God, I survived them. At 10 years old, I was already working. I got a job in sales at the Slauson Swap Meet, selling toys, socks, T-shirts, and hoodies. I made $100–$150 a week. I was their top sales girl, and my boss would give me an extra $10–$20 a week because of how well I did. I also worked part-time as a maid. With the money I earned, I eventually got my first little apartment. It was one big room in South Central Los Angeles, but it was mine, and I never looked back. No rich parents, no handouts, no investors. Just a little girl with big dreams who refused to give up. Fast forward to this photo. That’s me surrounded by my orders & shipping labels of my health and beauty brand, @thisfitsme, This Fits Me™. Over the years, my loyal customers have become family. They’ve supported me, believed in my brand, and grown with me. I never take that loyalty for granted, and I always make sure they know how much they mean to me. Sometimes I look at what I’ve built and think about that little girl who didn’t even know where she was going to sleep. I wish I could tell her what was coming. I’ve built multimillion-dollar businesses, invested in real estate and other tangible assets, and created opportunities I once couldn’t have imagined. And trust me, it hasn’t been easy. I’ve had setbacks, made mistakes, and had to figure things out along the way. But I never lost my faith. Every setback taught me something. I learned how to master my mindset, manage my money, understand the value of ownership, and make decisions that would build something beyond the moment. I didn’t just want to make money. I wanted to learn how to keep it, grow it, and turn it into something lasting. THE LONG GAME‼️ The girl they counted out is still here. Still building, still learning, and still dreaming bigger. GOD IS THE GREATEST. If you’re going through something right now, don’t let a challenging chapter convince you that it’s the end of your story.
