A Day in the Heart Workshop • NYC ❤️
Through satsang, stories, kirtan, and community, we were invited into the living legacy of Neem Karoli Baba and Ram Dass - a legacy carried forward through the Love Serve Remember Foundation and the teachers who so generously shared their wisdom, stories, humor, and heart throughout the day. These gatherings nourish something that words alone cannot fully capture and remind us of the deeper truths that unite us.
I was grateful to share the day with dear friends, and honored to be in the room with teachers such as Krishna Das, Sharon Salzberg, Raghu Markus, and David Silver, whose wisdom, authenticity, humor, and decades of devoted practice continue to inspire and illuminate the path for so many.
As it turns out, this gathering just happened to fall on my birthday. I can’t think of a better way to spend the day than in satsang and kirtan, surrounded by good company, open hearts, and the kind of conversations, teachings, and friendships that stay with you long after the day ends.
A heartfelt thank you to my friends for their kindness, thoughtful surprises, and sweet birthday gifts, which made an already beautiful day even more memorable.
