You want to lose weight ➡️ So you cut calories and start working out ➡️ Then you start obsessing over calories and drastically under-eating ➡️ You get hungry and eat everything in the kitchen. ➡️ You tell yourself you’ll do better tomorrow.

But tomorrow never comes….

I did keto years ago and I had never felt hungrier in my freaking life.

I would do really well with my food all day, but then I’d look over and realize I was still starving, hings would go downhill quickly.

I’d try to tell myself it’d be okay to just have a small snack, even though that meant going over my macros for the day.

But I was never satisfied with the snack, which would send me into a guilt spiral.

I ruined my day and it didn’t even help. Fuck it.

I’m just gonna eat what I want tonight and restart tomorrow.

It took 14 years for my tomorrow to come.

And it was all because the cycle was never meant to be sustainable.

But you think you have the willpower to push through severe hunger.

Girl, you’re fucking hungry.

Yet you’re forcing yourself to eat less each day.

Of course you keep binging.

The human body was designed to keep you alive as long as possible during famine.

When you’re starving yourself, your body creates urges for you to eat.

It’s a biological response, and you literally cannot escape biology.

One of the best places you can start making changes is here:

You’re going to have to start eating three meals a day to start resetting your body.

Then grab my FREEZE Method.

It’s free and will be super helpful for stopping a binge in its tracks every time.

So get your meals in and comment FREEZE below and I’ll send it to your DMs - let’s get to work today!
