Herzlichen Glückwunsch!

@mbk_modellbau wird 25 Jahre alt.

David

Congratulations!

Modellbau König is celebrating its 25th anniversary.

This seemed like a great opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look at Germany’s largest online retailer of plastic model kits and see how an order is put together and shipped.

The video demonstrates Kardex’s new storage system, which is used to store all kinds of small parts.

Christian Schiller, the face of Modellbau König, was kind enough to show me around with his colleague Nadine and answer a few questions.

Is my order just for me? Who knows—maybe there’s a giveaway running until June 30, 2026. Maybe you have to post a comment with the hashtag #heißerscheiß to enter the giveaway.

By the way, this is my first video of this kind, and I hope there will be more to come. Who would you like to see in another video?
Do you have any ideas for what to call this format?
Let me know and write your suggestions in the comments!
