Looks of Halloweens past… 🎃👻✨ Can you guess what I’m going to be for #Slivingween this year?💖

Lately I've been seeing a lot of people speak on something that it seems like they don't really understand. Why would someone plead guilty, if they didn't commit the crime?

It's so easy for some of you to say what you would do when you're not living through that situation feeling helpless. Having an overburdened public defender, who is urging you to take the plea, because if you don't, you're headed to state prison.

It's an extremely privileged take to be able to say that you would be able to handle being falsely accused and sit in jail for years trying to defend your innocence, I would love to see you actually do that. Instead of tearing down a black man that was stuck in the prison industrial complex, how about yall LEARN ABOUT THE PRISON INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX.

With a charge like they charged him with, there's no way that a DA would have given him that plea deal unless they knew that they would LOSE the case at trial, and the evidence was weak in the first place. I said what I said.
