🇵🇭 Filipino cafe at the bottom of an office building - and such a delicious spot!! 💜 @thecozytablehouston makes Filipino breakfast plates, delicious desserts including halo halo and ube meringue cake, and all kinds of coffee and shakes. You have to pre-order the cakes! I loved this food and the cozy vibe that they designed ☕️ Kape Tayo used to be in a food court next to Viet Hoa near Chinatown, but now they have their own space!
