Well, here it is. VW Days France 2026 completed.

I still can’t actually believe that this car belongs to me. It’s got a long way to go still, believe me, but the fact that we’re at this stage is absolutely mind boggling.

This car went from sitting for years to completing a near 1000 mile road trip over a long weekend with no serious issues, just a couple of little ones. It has done me unbelievably proud and I will never let it sit like that again, it deserves better.

Obviously I’m far to useless to achieve anything like this on my own so here’s a few people that helped me along the way, whether it was with advice, supplying parts or just full on doing the job for me, I cannot thank you enough either way (I promise I’ll try to find a way)-

This car will continue to get more and more love along with a few more bits to make it even better. There are obviously a lot more photos to come, I’ll be posting about this for a while.
