Alina Solana was born today, 4 years ago! 🎂
I still remember the day that I had a started to have a gut feeling I was pregnant, I was immediately sick. I was never as sick as I was with my other 2 pregnancies as I was with Alina. She tricked me into thinking we were finally going to have a boy because everything was different. I was sick almost throughout my whole pregnancy. I ended up losing so much weight, I remember people asking me if I was okay and my doctor also was concerned for the baby. She definitely was sucking all the nutrients from me.
I remember our life and what was happening at the time we found out. I remember getting so emotional because just weeks before, our oldest was turning 10 and I felt so depressed and sad. I was in disbelief that she was turning 10 and I felt that I was stripped so much of her childhood because she just grew up so fast. Having our second daughter when she was just 2 years old, I just feel her life from 3 years to 10 was all a blur because a lot of our attention was put on our second child because she has special needs and demanded so much of our attention and she had no choice but to grow up so fast. I just wanted to go back and have those days all over again. God answers your prayers in the craziest ways.
I was also in the thick of wedding season as I was working for Bridal companies doing Wedding Hair & makeup so being sick with this pregnancy really took a toll. The day I took a pregnancy test, on October 22nd, we were so shocked and surprised but it also ended up being the day before I had a wedding booked and that next morning I had to work through being so miserable and so tired. We were also in the thick of dance competition season and it was such a busy time in our life and I just knew I was going to have to slow down.
I had a rough pregnancy with this one but it started to get better towards the end. I knew she was going to be wild from the start because she moved and kicked so crazy. I swear my ribs are still bruised. Again, could have sworn she was going to be a boy but little did we know she was the little blessing that completed our family more than we would have ever knew. 🎂🩷

I’m so sad bc she’s growing up so quickly! She is such an angel! Her little smile makes my day brighter! May she have a day full of giggles, yummy cake and all her favorite things! I love you Alina!! My little bestie!! 🙏🥰🥳🥳⭐️🩷🩷🩷
