Here we go again… another transformation post. 😅

About 16 weeks ago, I decided it was time to find myself again.

The last year was tough. A back injury, bad habits, self-doubt, and a lot of negativity had taken a toll on my body, my mindset, and my relationships.

So I kept things simple.

For 16 weeks, I trained 45–60 minutes, 5 days a week, focused on bodybuilding and mobility, ate mostly whole foods, stayed in a calorie deficit, and just showed up.

I wasn’t perfect—but I was consistent.

Results:
⬇️ 21 lbs
💪 Stronger. Leaner. More confident.

But the biggest transformation wasn’t physical.

I feel happy again. I have purpose again. I feel more connected spiritually, and for the first time in a while… I finally feel like me again.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:

Consistency changes you, inside and out. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep showing up.

If you’re ready to start your own journey and don’t know where to begin, send me a DM. I’d love to help. 🙌💪

Good job buddy. I go to the gym 5 days a week regardless of my work schedule. I’ve opened businesses. Closed business and started business over again in the last year. The one thing that doesn’t change. Is I make time 30-40 minutes a day to be in the gym. Even if I don’t want to go, or be there. Once I walk in the door I make sure to do atleast 120 reps and than I can get back to my work life
