3 months ago@pulanerilli and Angelo Milano of @studiocromie have created a beautifully balanced dialogue between the home’s vernacular architecture and contemporary life. The pale stone vaults and hand-painted geometric floor retain the identity of Grottaglie, while the restrained timber furniture from @haydesign and expressive blue artwork inhabit the space without competing with its history. This sensitive layering supports place continuity, allowing the house to evolve while preserving the material and cultural cues that can strengthen our attachment to place. A thoughtful example of contemporary design learning how to belong. 🤌🏻🌿 Interior design becomes meaningful when environmental psychology is translated into space. 🤍🧠
