Hey Ken, how do you square promoting yourself as having been "ONE" of the Executive Chef's at/for the 2002 Medals Plaza Winter Olympics in Salt Lake ya must have counted on those that know you, not knowing the hierarchy/chain of command in a professional kitchen. You were a 'production cook" & were not/never were THE (one/only) Executive Chef. for the Medals Plaza I sure hope for your sake that no one else ever finds out that you have been misrepresenting your resume Desantos style. 😮
