Years ago, I had the opportunity to meet Mark Zuckerberg and talk about how we were building BabyChakra.

His question was simple: “How did your community grow so fast?”

The answer wasn’t a growth hack.

It was obsession with solving one problem deeply, and creating a space where mothers could ask any question without the fear of being judged.

At our peak, 25 million mothers trusted BabyChakra to have conversations around pregnancy, parenting, breastfeeding, and everything in between.

The biggest communities aren’t built on algorithms alone. They’re built on trust, belonging, and a genuine understanding of people’s unmet needs.

That is a powerful takeaway. Building trust and solving real problems will always outweigh quick tricks because people ultimately crave genuine connection and safe spaces.
