Back then, every doughnut we threw away felt like wasted time, effort, and care. It never sat well with me.
These days we sometimes make extra doughnuts on purpose... just so they'll become tomorrow's Almond Levine.
Who would've thought the flavour born from leftovers would become one of our staples? ๐

one of the reasons i love this doughnut is that it reminds me so much of an almond croissant! since i knew they repurposed older croissants to make these, i figured you did the same for your doughnuts. i absolutely LOVE this one and i canโt wait to have it again soon!!
