Like I always say, teamwork makes the dream work! 🙌🏽Beyond thrilled to have teamed up with my esteemed former Eater colleague @asteriskerin who’s now editing for Meridian, an editorial platform for @mercuryfi! For my latest, I reported on the inner world of @marissagencarelli of @yolitortilleria we talked about the ways making nixtamalizrd tortillas is a lot like working in tech.
