Balance, focus and control 🧘‍♀️🔥

I loved the course that this European Championship offered, 74 km 3000+ m! I found a really good flow in the rocky sections and my body felt strong and I felt confident before the race. I was really looking forward to competing on such a technical, steep and tough course 🙌

When I crossed the finish line I felt quite empty of emotions. I struggled a lot with the heat and collapsed after the race. As a Swedish Viking, heat is not my best friend! 🥹Even though I have trained a lot in heat 🤪, 38 degrees and VERY humid is extreme.

But today I am happy with the result. It is my best result at a international championship. Of course I want a lot more but I did my best and race as hard as I could 🙏
