Michigan Vacation Part 3
Mackinaw Island! This one was on Gaga’s bucket list so we wanted to go there especially for her but we all loved it! No cars allowed on the island so we did a horse drawn carriage tour around the island and got to see some of the most famous sights.
For our last couple days in Michigan we drive through the charming towns of Petoskey, Charlevoix (they have the coolest mushroom style houses), Holland and Saugatuck.
It’s been so sad seeing the beautiful areas we were just at suffering from the wildfire smoke! Praying they end and it clears soon!

Mackinac has been on my list for years and years, and my great-grandparents met working summer jobs at Charlevoix.
