Every mortgage CRM and servicing platform has the same blind spot: They only know what a borrower does inside their system.

They have zero visibility the moment the borrower starts shopping elsewhere. That gap—the silence between "current" and "gone"—is where EPO and recapture losses actually live.

If you're building or reselling into the servicer, CUSO, or lender space, helping clients spot borrowers at risk isn't a hypothetical. It’s a build-vs-partner decision sitting on your roadmap right now.

Such an important point. By the time traditional CRMs detect borrower activity, the opportunity to retain them may already be gone. Real-time visibility into borrower intent can be a game changer for reducing recapture losses and helping lenders engage proactively instead of reactively. Great perspective on where the industry is heading.
