Life Time is proud to celebrate the incredible athletes who competed at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games in Minneapolis. Since last fall, our Inclusion Council and leadership at our Evanston club have supported training sessions for a group of athletes from Special Olympics Illinois, led by Coach Matt, a Dynamic Personal Trainer at Life Time and Head Coach of Special Olympics Illinois’ athletics team at this year’s USA Games.
Both inside and outside his work at Life Time, Matt has spent years coaching these athletes and building personalized programs into every session. It’s proof that the work doesn’t stop at the club doors, and when wellness spaces are welcoming and accessible, everyone can discover their potential.
