For the past 4 years, Emily (Hoffmann) King, Client Services Director at Tier4 Group, has brought that belief to life as a volunteer with our WIT Early Career Program, showing up for women at one of the most pivotal points in their careers.
Her favorite part? Watching it happen in real time: women making new connections, gaining confidence, and realizing they have a whole community rooting for them.
