Philadelphia is currently under a Code Purple, meaning that the air quality is it a critical point where toxics can affect those with asthma and other health problems. The Canadian wildfires that impact our community also shed light on the harmful issues already existing in our PA counties. Burning trash is contaminating our air, and it's time to take a stand against these conditions. We must speak out against these abhorrent practices and demand justice because our communities deserve better.
