My arrival was nothing less than thoughtful and gracious. The moment we pulled up Charlie introduced himself and welcomed us so genuinely, brought our luggage in and poured us a glass of bubbles. Then he introduced us to the fabulous Reign at the front desk who was delightful - so fun and high vibe. I’m obsessed with this hotel and we are not even in our room yet. Hospitality at its very best. Thank you @perrylanehotel
