游山 YOUSHAN Artist | Kai.F

A cornerstone of Beijing’s underground electronic music community, Kai.F is a dedicated vinyl selector, event curator, and one of the co-founders of YOUSHAN Music Festival. Guided by the true ethos of selection, his approach is rooted in years of digging, a deep understanding of record culture, and an enduring passion for the history of house and techno.

With an extensive and carefully curated record collection, Kai.F moves effortlessly across the many shades of house and techno, always balancing timeless classics with overlooked gems and unexpected discoveries. Years behind the decks have given him an instinctive understanding of the dancefloor, allowing him to read the room with precision and deliver exactly the right record at exactly the right moment.

Beyond DJing, Kai.F has played an instrumental role in the growth of Beijing’s electronic music scene through projects such as FORMA and Elastic People, fostering meaningful exchanges between local audiences and the international underground while bringing artists to China.

This July, Kai.F returns to the valley to continue writing the next chapter of YOUSHAN.
