Tobechukwu Dubem and Fat Nwigwe Are Our Power Couple Cover Stars! Their love is one that makes room for every dream. The Houston-based power couple are building a life where love, family, and ambition can thrive together. They aren't just making music together; they are raising five children, supporting each other’s individual dreams, and creating a legacy that goes beyond the spotlight. Meet Tobechuckwu Dubem and Fat Nwigwe, our latest Rolling Stone Africa cover stars. The two open up about love, marriage, parenthood, and the values that keep them grounded. 🔗 Read the full story link in bio. “I started following Tobe Nwigwe almost from the moment he began sharing his work on social media, and I’m still here, watching and enjoying the journey. He is blessed with incredible flows, and so is his wife. You have to love everything they have built together and how authentic they remain. This new project shows their heart and their connection to Naija, and of course to the East. I had the pleasure of meeting them when they came home a couple of years ago, and I’m delighted to see their continued growth into film, fashion and lifestyle, all on their own terms, with their own unmistakable aesthetic. What they are building is a wonder to behold. Welcome home, Nwannem.” Obi Asika @obiasika Director General/Chief Executive National Council for Arts and Culture, Nigeria @ncac_nigeria CREDITS Talents: Tobechukwu Dubem & Fat Nwigwe Editor-In-Chief: Gwen Madiba Contributing Editor: Kabirat Akinlolu Interviewer: Chiamaka Offorjebe @chiaofforjebe Project Manager: Karl Nzamba @karl_nzamba Graphic Designer: Kael Onion Oakley @onionoakley Assistant Graphic Designer: Keyla Jolo @keyla.jlo Fashion Direction: Chief Ugo Mozié @ugomozie Photographer: Michael Bishop Creative director: Tobechukwu Dubem Nwigwe Director of photography: Tobechukwu Dubem Nwigwe Stylist: Tobechukwu Dubem Nwigwe Designer: @Chukwubrand @elevensixteen & @aramanda Location: Wazobia African Market Set design: Tobechukwu Dubem Nwigwe Head of production: Jeff idehen Powered by @mwankomplus #RollingStoneAfrica #Nigeriafashion #TobeNwigwe #FatNwigwe #Mwankomplus

The black and white was just a preview. Now you get to see my vision in full color. 💜 Purple wasn’t an accidental choice. A color associated with power, dominance, and confidence. It’s not one you see frequently on the Figure stage, and that’s exactly part of why I wanted it. I wanted something that stood apart. Something bold. Something that made a statement. Thank you @vixensuits for creating this special suit for my special occasion. There’s another reason I love this color. Purple is also associated with Scorpio ♏️ 🦂, my zodiac sign. A sign often connected with power, intensity, determination, and transformation. As someone whose first Figure competition happens to fall on her birthday, that feels like a pretty fitting choice. Maybe the color chose me as much as I chose it. 💜 But this isn’t really about the suit. It’s about the 16 weeks behind it. The early mornings, the discipline, the sacrifices, the days I felt incredible and the days I questioned everything. The countless hours of training, posing, and refining a physique for a sport that demands a level of commitment most people will never see. I didn’t come this far to simply put on a suit and take pictures. I came here to compete and prove I have a winners spirit and mentality. 🏆 My first Figure stage at age 44 is almost here. And whatever happens when I step under those lights, I know exactly what it took to get here. The vision. The work. The moment. Let’s fucking go. T minus 6 days. 💜 @thaidoesphotography Thank you📸 #bodybuilding #bodybuilder #npc #npcfigure #npcfigurecompetitor
