We named it the "River of Languages" because yoga speaks in many tongues. But when we first announced this immersion, we were listening to just two of them - Sanskrit and English.

Then you wrote to us. Yoga teachers, seekers, practitioners from around the world told us what they were seeking the whole river and not just the words. Yoga expands consciousness. Your feedback expanded ours.

So we opened the mandate. River of Languages is now a ten-day immersion into the full spectrum of yogic wisdom:

देह · The language of the body — daily āsana and prāṇāyāma
नाद · The language of sacred sound — mantra and Sanskrit pronunciation
मनस् · The language of the mind — philosophy from the great texts
आत्मन् · The language of the soul — Varanasi itself as your teacher
