I honestly wasn’t going to post this…

This is a goal i’ve been working towards for over a year now.

I told myself if I could just do this comb i’d be “happy” or satisfied with my strength level

But looking back on the video it’s obviously very sloppy😅

But all of calisthenics is just a constant evolution.

Keep grinding with your head down, and when you look back it’s obvious to see how much progress you’ve made.

(& this doesn’t even have to be about calisthenic…)
