Share this. I don’t train to do this.
I train so I can try.

Today I tried something I’d never done before: a muscle-up 360.

And when I landed it, the best part wasn’t the rep.

It was running over to Chris.
The yelling. The hug. The genuine excitement when somebody else wants you to win.

Three-time world champion. Master trainer. Coach. Friend.

At 49, I’m still learning. Still trying new things. Still finding people who know more than I do and letting them push me outside what’s comfortable.

That’s what movement has become for me.

Play. Learn. Adapt. Connect.

Never stop being a beginner at something.

Movement saves lives. 👊

This challenge consists of 8 bodyweight movements that emphasize time under tension.
