I used to think self-trust would feel like having all the answers.

Turns out it's looked a lot more like getting on the ride anyway.

Not because I'm fearless.
Not because I'm always confident.
But because I've started trusting myself to figure things out as I go.

I wonder if we underestimate how much self-trust we're already building.

Every time we try something new.
Every time we do the thing we're nervous about.
Every time we take a chance on ourselves.

Maybe it isn't one big moment.

Maybe it's all the little moments that make us think, "I've got this."

Even if we're screaming our way down the log flume 🤣🤍
