If it makes you happy… take the risk.

Not everything needs a perfect plan.
Not everything needs to make sense to everyone else.

Sometimes it’s just a feeling — a pull towards something more.

And yes, it might not work out the way you expected…
but even then, you grow. You learn. You become more sure of yourself.

And best case?
You change your whole life.

Either way… you don’t stay stuck 🤍 by @becomingwithjayne

something I’ve been thinking about lately…

I’m not everything I want to be yet.
but I’m also not who I was a couple of years ago.

and when I really sit with that…
there’s a lot to be proud of in the middle.

it’s easy to focus on how far you still have to go,
but sometimes the shift is in noticing how far you’ve already come.

trying to remind myself of that more 🤍

One day, the version of you that's waiting on the other side of all this will be so grateful you didn't give up.

Grateful you kept going when things felt uncertain.

Grateful you took the chance.

Grateful you trusted yourself enough to keep taking the next step.

You don't need to have it all figured out today.

Just keep going. 🤍✨

I don’t think we talk enough about how in-between the growth can feel. Does this resonate with you too? by @becomingwithjayne

There’s something about these moments that just feels light.

Like I’m not overthinking it, just actually in it.

It’s funny how your inner child shows up when you stop trying so hard to have everything figured out.

I don’t think I notice it in the big moments — it’s usually the small ones where I feel most like myself again 🤍✨

What’s something that’s made you feel a bit lighter recently? by @becomingwithjayne

I used to think the moments I'd remember most would be the big ones.

The milestones.
The achievements.
The plans finally working out.

But the older I get, the more I realise it's usually the little things that stay with me.

A conversation that came at the right time.
A sunset you almost didn't stop to watch.
A laugh that caught you completely off guard.
A moment where, for a second, everything felt enough.

Maybe a meaningful life isn't built from a handful of big moments.

Maybe it's built from thousands of small ones that we choose to notice 🤍 by @becomingwithjayne

I've spent so much of my life waiting to feel ready.

Ready to go.
Ready to start.
Ready to trust myself.

But most of the things I'm proudest of didn't begin with confidence.

They began with a deep breath, a shaky step, and the decision to do it anyway.

I've learned that courage rarely feels brave in the moment.

Most of the time, it just feels uncomfortable.

But sometimes the life you're dreaming about is waiting on the other side of the thing you're scared to do.

One small step at a time. 🤍✨ by @becomingwithjayne

I used to think self-trust would feel like having all the answers.

Turns out it's looked a lot more like getting on the ride anyway.

Not because I'm fearless.
Not because I'm always confident.
But because I've started trusting myself to figure things out as I go.

I wonder if we underestimate how much self-trust we're already building.

Every time we try something new.
Every time we do the thing we're nervous about.
Every time we take a chance on ourselves.

Maybe it isn't one big moment.

Maybe it's all the little moments that make us think, "I've got this."

Even if we're screaming our way down the log flume 🤣🤍 by @becomingwithjayne

This is what starting over can look like.

Not a dramatic before and after.

Sometimes it's a plane ticket you weren't sure about booking. A view that reminds you how big the world is. A quiet moment where you realise you're becoming someone you quite like.

I think I expected starting over to feel more certain than it did.

Instead, it felt messy, exciting, lonely, freeing, uncomfortable, and beautiful, often all at once.

The biggest surprise wasn't the places I've been or the things I've done. It was discovering that I could trust myself more than I thought.

If you're in a season of change, I hope you know you don't need to have it all figured out.

Most of us are just finding our way one step, one choice, and one day at a time 🤍 by @becomingwithjayne

Collecting moments that make no sense and memories that make perfect sense ✨

Sometimes it’s playing in the snow in shorts.
Sometimes it’s saying yes before you’ve overthought it.
Sometimes it’s trusting the nudge instead of the plan.

Not everything has to make sense to be right for you 🤍 by @becomingwithjayne

Some days all you can do is keep going...and honestly, that's enough 🤍

You have no idea how many beautiful moments, people, opportunities and versions of yourself are still waiting for you. The best parts of your story might not have happened yet.

Keep going. Slowly if needed, but keep going ✨

This has been me lately in a nutshell.

Doing a lot. Moving around. Seeing so many beautiful places and moments… and still catching myself mentally sprinting ahead like I’ve got somewhere else to be, something new to see, another new experience.

I used to feel like I had to post things quickly or capture everything in the moment, but I’m slowly realising I don’t want to experience life this way.

Sometimes I’ll take the photo and post it 2, 3, 4 weeks later and honestly… nothing bad happens. The world keeps spinning.

I just get to actually live it first 🤍

This was the one day of summer I got on Newfoundland ☀️🌊 by @becomingwithjayne

For me, taking time to explore isn’t just travel — it’s where I feel most grounded 🌊

Stepping away from screens, being in nature, moving slowly through places like:
📍 Houston’s Beach
📍 Inverness Beach
📍 The Cabot Trail
📍 Skyline Trail at sunset
📍 Chéticamp lighthouse
These have been my version of peace lately.

I still love sharing moments online, but I’m learning I don’t need to always be connected to feel connected. Some of the most meaningful parts of this Nova Scotia road trip have been the quiet ones — no content, no noise, just being present.

This space is about choosing presence, trusting the path, and moving forward with intention ✨ by @becomingwithjayne
