Leadership isn’t just about having all the answers. It’s about showing up, even on the hard days. It’s about choosing people over pride, grace over perfection, and growth over comfort. This week has tested my patience in ways I didn’t even think it could be. But I also wouldn’t trade this experience for the world. To see the way Launch moves throughout people is inspiring and it’s hard not to smile when at workshop. I wouldn’t be half the staffer I am now without some help along the way so thank you to my co-op partner, Steven, for showing me part of the Launch magic. And thank you to everyone in between that made this possible!! Juneshop 2026 will hold a very special place in my heart. KTF FOREVER ❤️🔥⚡️
