the summer of unfathomable love and friendship 💌☺️🌞

If you know anything about me, you know how deeply i love my friends. Let this serve as a little love letter to all the beautiful people i am so lucky to hold dear. You are each uniquely wonderful in so many special ways, and you have a way of changing the world and mine every single day. Thank you for filling this summer with so much love, laughter, and so many memories i’ll hold onto for a long time. As always, all my love. 🫶🏻

this place and these people ❤️‍🔥

Every workshop brings me something different.

Sometimes it’s a new idea. Sometimes it’s a different perspective. And sometimes, like this week, it’s simply the quiet reassurance that there are remarkable people all around us doing remarkable things.

It’s a beautiful thing to witness people discover the impact they’re capable of making! not because someone told them they could, but because they finally started believing it themselves.

If there’s one thing I’m taking away from Julyshop, it’s this: hope is the most important thing we can hold onto. Because there will always be people working where their hands are for a better world tomorrow. This staff and these kids more than proved this to me.

I couldn’t be more thankful for the people I get to do this work with and for.

Feeling so warm and fuzzy! 🥰

It’s not lost on me that the world can be a scary place. But weeks like this remind me just how many good people are out there doing the work to make it better.

Over the past week, I had the incredible opportunity to watch 11 young leaders from a wide range of backgrounds come together and discover what truly sets them apart as leaders. I am truly so proud of them. On top of that, I found my way back to a marvelous staff; one that’s chock-full of loving friends, hardworking colleagues, and people with a genuine fire for the work they do.

So when the dark times wait at the doorstep, I can rest a little easier knowing the world is in good hands. I can truly say: I love this place, I love these people, and above all,

KTF, Keep the fire. ❤️‍🔥 taken in Launch Leadership by @thielen.jack

To growing where you’re planted pt. 2 ❤️🗝️

Semi-finals! BAH! there are not enough words i can say for how grateful i am for my friends, they are truly the best - this experience, it has been such a meaningful and special time - and for music because it gives me the means to do what I love with the people I love.

I look back at how much I have learned from these people and our shared experiences, and I see a different version of myself than where I am today. Not too long ago, all I could ever think of was how to be “the best,” and to strive for perfection in all I did. Albeit a hard pill to swallow at the time, I learned that it isn’t about being “the best” competitively, but instead being the best version of myself for the people who made me, and striving for joy rather than perfection. I continue to show up and learn everyday because of 17 amazing individuals who inspire me, I cannot thank them enough.

Now and always, All My Love 🫶🏻❤️🗝️ taken in Phoenix, Arizona by @thielen.jack
