This Music quite literally altered my brain chemistry and has changed me in ways I can’t expect people to comprehend. I am SO glad this was my first concert experience

Launch number 9! The overarching feeling of my week was being grateful. I spent the entire week so grateful to have the best co-op partner, incredible delegates in my co-op, and amazing friends. I met so many new people this week that I know will be in my life for years to come. Already getting fomo for Julyshop since I won’t be there. Launch I will forever love you! #ktf

Leadership isn’t just about having all the answers. It’s about showing up, even on the hard days. It’s about choosing people over pride, grace over perfection, and growth over comfort. This week has tested my patience in ways I didn’t even think it could be. But I also wouldn’t trade this experience for the world. To see the way Launch moves throughout people is inspiring and it’s hard not to smile when at workshop. I wouldn’t be half the staffer I am now without some help along the way so thank you to my co-op partner, Steven, for showing me part of the Launch magic. And thank you to everyone in between that made this possible!! Juneshop 2026 will hold a very special place in my heart. KTF FOREVER ❤️‍🔥⚡️

Juneshop 2026 is officially over. Words cannot describe how incredibly blessed I am to be apart of this organization. To work with our future and see them develop into amazing leaders is the greatest gift of my life. To work as one of the Recognition Coordinators and amplify and applaud the absolutely amazing humans that I work next to is an extremely close second. I would not be who I am without Launch, and I am so excited to continue to spread that fire. 🔥
