This moment was beyond welcoming a world-class chef. It brought me closer to one of the visions we had when we started The Delborough, to make DANI the first Michelin-star restaurant in Nigeria and West Africa.
I unapologetically invest in continuous learning because excellence is never accidental. So when he asked about the certificates on my wall, i explained that they represent my belief that growth never stops.
Having Chef Bison experience what we are building reminded me that when you dare to dream, believe, and relentlessly pursue a vision, it gradually becomes reality.
I was also excited to receive and model our briefcase and headphones merchandise ahead of their release.
Remember, every great vision starts with believing it is possible.
