This has been a quiet little passion project I’ve been working on over the past few months.

A guide to help women come back into rhythm with their bodies, their cycles, and the natural seasons within us. I hope to inspire the women I know, and the women I’ve yet to meet, to slow down and cultivate a more nourishing relationship with their body and soul. An e-cookbook is in the works to accompany this guide (& a print version hopefully one day too) <3

In many ways, this feels like the beginning of “The Sacred Table”—something I’ve been slowly building toward through all the places I’ve lived and learned from. From beautiful upstate New York holding me since birth, to yoga teacher training on the small Greek Island of Amorgos, to my time spent working on a farm in Ireland, and now studying culinary arts here in France. Each chapter has shaped the way I see food, care, and connection to the body. Nothing feels separate anymore.

What once felt like a scattered path now feels like it’s all been quietly weaving itself together.

I can’t wait to share more with you soon.

For now, gather well, eat slowly, and stay a little longer.

Hugs, kisses, & alllll the love,
jilly
