The Sacred Table officially has a home & my website is finally here🤍

It feels really special to finally see the threads of so many different chapters of my life coming together to form The Sacred Table.

Looking back on all of these chapters of my life, I’m feeling such an immense sense of gratitude. Not only for the places I’ve been and the people I’ve met along the way, but for all the different versions of myself that carried me here. I have such a deep appreciation for each and every one of them and for the life they’ve slowly created for me.

Orange Glory especially, will always hold such a special place in my heart. It was one of the first places that really showed me my love for cooking, and so much of the way I think about food today was shaped during my years there. To Jackie, you taught me so much about food, creativity, and what it means to care for people through what you create. I’ll always be grateful for those years and for everything you poured into me. And it makes my heart warm knowing Orange Glory is continuing on with Peggy, who is equally wonderful and carrying such a special Rochester place into its next chapter.

The Sacred Table grew from my love of cooking for people and my belief that food can be so much more than just something we eat. It can be an act of care, a ritual, a reason to gather, a way to celebrate, and one of the simplest ways we can make the people around us feel loved.

I’m currently taking on new clients throughout the Bay Area, and I am so excited to see where this next chapter takes me.

To my friends, who have encouraged me, believed in my ideas, eaten countless meals at my table, shared my work, and cheered me on through every version of this dream, I love you and I’m so grateful for you.

And to my parents, who have supported me every step of the way. Through every move, every change of direction, and every leap of faith, thank you for giving me the confidence to keep following the life I want to create.

Come take a look around, and be a part of what’s unfolding.

Exciting Announcement !!!!
I am so grateful to finally share The Sacred Table with you all … 🫶🏻

The sacred act of gathering around the table.

It is where conversations deepen, laughter lingers, milestones are celebrated, and ordinary moments become unforgettable. Long before a meal is finished, the table has already nourished something far greater than hunger.

The Sacred Table was born from the belief that food is one of the most beautiful ways we care for one another. Every dish is an invitation to slow down, to savor, and to reconnect with the seasons, with the people beside you, and with yourself.

I believe in vibrant ingredients that tell the story of where they came from. In colorful plates that awaken the senses before the first bite. In honoring local farmers, embracing the rhythm of the seasons, and allowing nature to guide the menu. In thoughtful details that make people feel seen, welcomed, and deeply cared for.

Some of life’s most meaningful moments happen around a table. My hope is to create a space where people can arrive, exhale, and be fully present. Where every element, from the flavors and textures, to the aromas, candlelight, and conversation, comes together to create something that lingers long after the last plate has been cleared.

The Sacred Table is more than a meal. It is a celebration of connection, beauty, and presence. It is an offering of nourishment for the body, the senses, and the soul.

Welcome to The Sacred Table.

I am overflowing with gratitude. Thank you for being here.

This has been a quiet little passion project I’ve been working on over the past few months.

A guide to help women come back into rhythm with their bodies, their cycles, and the natural seasons within us. I hope to inspire the women I know, and the women I’ve yet to meet, to slow down and cultivate a more nourishing relationship with their body and soul. An e-cookbook is in the works to accompany this guide (& a print version hopefully one day too) <3

In many ways, this feels like the beginning of “The Sacred Table”—something I’ve been slowly building toward through all the places I’ve lived and learned from. From beautiful upstate New York holding me since birth, to yoga teacher training on the small Greek Island of Amorgos, to my time spent working on a farm in Ireland, and now studying culinary arts here in France. Each chapter has shaped the way I see food, care, and connection to the body. Nothing feels separate anymore.

What once felt like a scattered path now feels like it’s all been quietly weaving itself together.

I can’t wait to share more with you soon.

For now, gather well, eat slowly, and stay a little longer.

Hugs, kisses, & alllll the love,

A little journal entry I wrote on my flight home today that I feel called to share -

“Sunday, June 14

As I fly home from a weekend filled with laughter, sunshine, and deep conversation, (what else do you need really) I am just absolutely beaming with gratitude. It’s amazing how the right people will always leave you better than how they found you - a big thank you to Jessie and Syd.

Maybe 5-10 minutes into the flight, I looked out my window and we were flying over the Swiss Alps. I wish I had the words to describe the beauty. I of course, tried for a photo but it could never do them justice. So instead, I sat in complete awe, taking it all in, with tears streaming down my face. How lucky. To be able to see this with my own eyes. In addition to feeling deeply grateful, I also was experiening grief and melancholy.

On one hand, I feel incredibly proud of myself, living in another country away from my friends and family. Navigating daily life in France has given me an even deeper sense of trust in myself. Knowing that I can always count on myself, is something I have searched for for a long time, and finding it has been one of the greatest gifts of this experience.

But on the other hand, not being able to share these incredible moments with the people I love, feels unfair at times.

Partly because the people I love, deserve to experience the beauty of this world. And partly because I crave having someone beside me to experience this joy with (sue me!) - someone who understands, because they saw it with their own eyes and felt it in their own heart.

In the past, I may have (definitely would have) pushed these thoughts and feelings down. I would have told myself, “You’re lucky to be here. You should shut up, be grateful, and enjoy it!”

But today I feel peace, gratitude, and a little bit of sadness all at once. And that’s okay.

Joy and longing can coexist. Gratitude and sadness can sit at the same table. Feel what you feel, not what you think you’re supposed to feel.

And always, always leave room for gratitude.”

Anyway, here’s my attempt at the photo, but for now you’re just gonna have to trust me.
