👑💋 The drag queens here reign supreme and you are going to have the time of your life!💃🍸 Miami Beach, we came for the food, stayed for the cocktails, and got a SHOW! 😂👠 At @palacesobe , the queens serve looks, the drinks keep flowing, and dinner comes with a side of fabulousness! 🍽️ Let’s talk about the food! 🐟 We started with the Tuna Tostones — crispy plantains topped with marinated tuna, avocado, cilantro, red onion, and radish. Crunchy, fresh, and absolutely NOT here to be basic! 🐓 Then came the Chicken Marsala, with tender chicken breast, creamy polenta, sautéed mushrooms, Marsala wine cream sauce, and crispy prosciutto. Comfort food with a little main-character energy! 🍫 And the Molten Lava Cake? Yas Queen! That rich, chocolatey center deserves its own standing ovation. Because calories don’t count when dessert is this dramatic… right?! 😂🙌 But wait, there’s MORE! We also tried their Miami Spice menu! 🦀 The Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with sweet corn, fennel, baby herbs, and ají amarillo remoulade. 🍝 The Housemade Ricotta Gnocchi with wild mushrooms, summer squash, roasted tomato, Parmesan, and brown butter. 🍌 And the Brown Butter Blondie (one of my top favorites) with roasted banana, dulce de leche, and vanilla bean ice cream. Dessert understood the assignment! 😍 🍸 Add fabulous cocktails and a FUN drag show full of glamour, personality, and fierce performances, and you’ve got a Miami Beach experience that is anything but ordinary! 💅🎤 👑 THE VERDICT: The food brings the flavor, the cocktails bring the vibes, and the queens bring the HOUSE DOWN! 💋 Because every queen needs a palace… and every royal court needs a night out like this! 👠✨ 📍 The Palace — Miami Beach, Florida 💃 SAVE this post for your next Miami Beach night out!
📲 SHARE it with your royal court and plan your fabulous evening!
