Welcome To The Music Lounge

This week on Welcome to the Music Lounge, hosts Andrew Schiffman and Perry Turcotte sit down with former MTV executive Marta Ravin for another incredible trip behind the scenes of the TRL era.

Ever wonder how some of TRL’s most unforgettable moments came to life?

Marta shares the story of pitching none other than Jack Black for an epic dance-off with choreographer Wade Robson. It was the kind of wild, creative idea that made TRL must-see television.

Did Jack Black say yes? Did the dance battle actually happen?

You’ll have to tune in to hear the full story and get a behind-the-scenes look at the creativity, spontaneity, and magic that defined MTV during its golden years. Link in bio. #mtv #trl #jackblack #waderobson #britneyspears
