A viral relationship trend called the “2-2-2-2 rule” is helping couples keep their marriage strong. It suggests going on a date every two weeks, being intimate twice a week, taking a night away without kids twice a year, and planning a longer vacation every two years.

The idea expands the older 2-2-2 rule, which recommended regular dates, weekend trips, and longer holidays together. Research from the University of Virginia’s National Marriage Project found that couples who spent quality time alone at least once a week were about 3.5 times more likely to report being very happy in their marriage.

I am writing my very first book!!! 📚

I have been dying to share this with you Pocket Pals and I am just so excited to tell you everything!

When I started posting these little reels of pocket-sized psychology, this was definitely not the plan…

It started with buckets. And balloons. And umbrellas. And Play-Doh. Basically anything I could grab around the house to make psychology a little easier to understand.

Then you started watching. And sharing them with your partners, your friends, your mums.

And before I knew it, the comments started rolling in:
“When are you going to write a book?”
“Please put these in a book.”
“I need these somewhere I can keep them.”

I laughed it off. I had no idea how you even write a book…
But it turns out you weren’t the only ones watching 👀

This is the story of how my slightly ridiculous psychology bestseller dream came to be, one episode at a time. Follow along so you don’t miss Episode 2.

💬 Comment BOOK and I’ll make sure you’re one of the first to see the reveal.
