I have been dying to share this with you Pocket Pals and I am just so excited to tell you everything!

When I started posting these little reels of pocket-sized psychology, this was definitely not the plan…

It started with buckets. And balloons. And umbrellas. And Play-Doh. Basically anything I could grab around the house to make psychology a little easier to understand.

Then you started watching. And sharing them with your partners, your friends, your mums.

And before I knew it, the comments started rolling in:
“When are you going to write a book?”
“Please put these in a book.”
“I need these somewhere I can keep them.”

I laughed it off. I had no idea how you even write a book…
