It is with the greatest sadness that I share with you that my Mom, Shirley Nilan passed at 9:38 pm this evening, June 29th, 2026. She lived a long life, was deeply loved and will be missed. Thank you to everyone that has reached out over the past week as we navigated through her final days with us.

Big thank you to Harris—an absolute legend and gentleman—and his incredible facility, @theringboxingacademy in Athens. I had so much fun filming here and getting a proper lesson in boxing 🥊, which was completely new for me. Please excuse me being absolutely drenched in sweat here. What a fun location and experience.
