Sometimes I follow my heart and soul without knowing why I being led somewhere

So I pray to the land and skies to help me listen so I can be in deeper integrity with being human and who I am here to be.

And the reasons why I am led somewhere can often be so so different then I could have imagined.

Like deepening my friendships with already soul fam @chelsa.bells @hey.ann.hodge @breezybabe4

Or grieving more of the loss I know to make way for new (whitecrow).

Or meeting beautiful spirits that feel like rest and play to stand beside @sistersoftheonedrum

Or seeing all the work still needed to introduce myself and listen. Which is a basic teaching we all forget. To say hi with an open heart and ask to be welcomed with curiosity.

Or to meet so many mamas helping me on my journey @sacredspacesbirthkeeper

Following heart, soul, and spirit doesn't always require knowing. But requires deep listening and reverence for yourself, your body, and the land and skies you are in conversation with.

Energy is always guiding you if you can get quiet enough to listen.
