3rd place at the Olympia Amateur yesterday!

And overall I was really happy with my look and package. And that’s what matters most to me. I went in with the intention to pose aggressively, push my food intake for a more full look and focusing on posing tweaks and I can confidently say I did all those things.

This is my 5th national show of the year, with my 5th first call out 🥳 and I’m super happy with that.

I’ve been top 3 in 3 of those shows and while it sucks not being in the number one spot — I’m SO grateful to be where I am.

Because it’s easy to get caught up in the loss.

The “being so close yet so far” spot.

But it doesn’t discourage me.

Losing is just the opportunity to play again.

What I remember most when I first found Skye on the building site is the look of resignation in her eyes. She could no longer move and she'd pretty much given up. I think she'd accepted that nobody was going to come and save her.

From such a hard start in life, though, we were able to build her up, straighten her out, and get her healthy, and most of all, find her a wonderful loving home. Little @lil_skye_walker now spends her days with her beautiful brother and her mother, being spoilt rotten and learning that the world is not as big a scary place as she thought it was when she was a tiny little girl left on her own.

She has a long and happy life ahead of her in the best possible place. What a beautiful little girl and what a happy life she will have!

Pierre Gasly spoke today during media day about the threats he and his family faced following the Madrid GP:

Gasly: “I find this somewhat concerning for our sport. I am a high-level athlete; I know I’m in the public eye—it’s always been that way. But the magnitude of the threats and attacks strikes me as completely unacceptable, especially when it affects my family members, my girlfriend, and so on.
I don’t think it should be like this. It wasn’t this way before, and as a sport, we simply need to find a way to make the environment healthier. We know that being in the public eye means we’ll face attacks. We might be liked or disliked—that’s not an issue at all—but there is a line that shouldn’t be crossed just because someone is behind a screen and a keyboard, and those boundaries are crossed far too often,” the Alpine driver concluded..”

Podemos ser apreciados ou odiados, isso não é problema nenhum, mas há um certo limite que não se deve ultrapassar só porque esta atrás de uma tela e um teclado, e esses limites são ultrapassados com muita frequência..”
