Meet Kate Sosville, our new Pastry Chef. Kate’s been part of the pastry team since March 2025, and we’re thrilled to promote them into this role. With 5 years of experience, they’re bringing a renewed focus on pie to the program, and we couldn’t be more amped for what’s ahead. 🥧♥️
